Registration
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Please use the online form to complete your registration. A full refund will be given if you withdraw at least a week before the first class of the session. If you withdraw within a week of the class start you will be offered a 50% refund. Once the session has started refunds/credits cannot be offered for missed classes. Please understand that your class registration is a commitment and that we order supplies and sign rental agreements for our class spaces based on that commitment. If you are unable to attend class for any reason, a make up class will be offered provided there is space available. Make up classes must be completed during the same 6 week class session. Families who are unable to attend a make up class will be offered a choice of 1-2 take home sensory bins with materials to keep in place of the missed class. If your family experiences a severe illness or other special circumstance causing you to miss multiple classes, please reach out to Erin to discuss your individual circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
Class Cancellations
Class cancellations due to holidays or special occasions will be announced at the beginning of each session when you receive your enrollment confirmation. Classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather, teacher illness, and for other extraordinary circumstances. Should it be necessary to cancel your class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified by email and text with the information used on your registration form. Cancelled classes will be made up at the end of the session.
Drop Ins
Thank you for your interest in attending a drop in Story Time and Sensory Bins class. Drop ins are offered pending availability. Priority registration is given to families signing up for the full session. If for some reason your family is no longer able to attend a scheduled drop in class, please notify info@raisingsunshinellc.com prior to the class. Every effort will be made to accommodate a make up class or you will be provided a choice of a take home sensory bins. Drop in fees are non-refundable.
Health Policy
The health and safety of all participating families is a top priority, so we take precautions to ensure the cleanliness of our meeting spaces and materials to limit exposure to germs. Each sensory station will consist of brand new or freshly sanitized materials. All cleaning products are EPA registered for effectiveness and child safe. Cleaning solution and hand sanitizer are available throughout class for your use as well. If anyone in the household is experiencing any symptoms of illness, including but not limited to fever, cough, diarrhea, vomiting, congestion, loss of taste or smell, etc. please stay home from class and contact Erin for an alternate option (make up class or take home kit).
